At Killarosa, we make returning items easy with our return form, where you can submit your order number, item, and a description of what is wrong with the item. We pride ourselves in being thorough, however, sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we are here to fix the problem and get you back on track with your shopping needs.After your return request, we will follow up asking for images to verify your problem, please take clear and legible pictures that depict the issue.
We do not offer exchanges, you are welcome to return your items, following all our guidelines and using our Return Form, upon a complete return you will receive a refund and notified by email when the return is processed.
All items must not have any wear on them, never been washed and have all the tags, and packaging. It is the customers responsibility for shipping the items or bringing the items into one of our boutiques. Items with damage, defective, or incorrect items, must be reported within 5 days of items delivery date. All sale items, holiday items, lingerie, bodysuits, shoes, accessories, rompers, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
Our Return Policy is the same for our store, as well as online, however if you purchased online and wish to return in our store, when you stop by make sure you have your order confirmation email and items in the condition outlined by our policy.
