Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over $100
Can I return an item I just bought?
Yes, we offer returns/exchanges for all non lingerie items within 7 days of delivery, however we do not refund shipping costs. You can find our full return policy on our Return Policy Page
How do I request an item?
You can submit a request for an item we are out of stock on or a new item you would like to see using the form on our contact page.
I never received my order and my tracking shows delivered, what do I do?
If you have not received an order that states your package was delivered by the carrier, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery date to file a claim for product not received. You can file a claim using the form on this page Missing Item Claim
